Weddings & Events

All weddings and events must be organized by a professional planner. Staff will not assist.
Security damage deposit of USD 1,500 is refundable provided no damage is incurred.
A cleaning fee of up to USD 350 may be charged on site in case professional cleaning will be required.
The villa can accommodate up to a maximum of 120 guests at the Villa Atrium and Front Beach.
A plan for the event must be submitted to the Guest Experience Specialist for approval at least 1 month prior to the date of the wedding or event. Request for entirely Terms and Conditions for Events.
Guests are required to have both liability and comprehensive travel insurance that provides coverage, including, but not limited to, cancellation, loss and damage to baggage and other property, and flight delays. Guests should also carry health coverage that includes, but is not limited to evacuation and repatriation.
Smoking is NOT permitted inside the villa. Smoking is only allowed outside on the grounds, where an ashtray can be provided by the Villa Manager. Shishas and Hookah are prohibited in property in accordance to Thai Government laws.
Kindly note that we are an advocate for the prevention of cruelty and ethical care of elephants and wildlife. We do not allow nor condone the hiring and use of elephants and/or other wildlife for any events held in the villa and in the immediate surrounding areas of the villa i.e. beach.
Fireworks are only allowed for weddings, and a permit needs to be approved by local authorities at least 2 weeks before the event.
Sky Lanterns are also prohibited by the local government in Koh Samui.
